okay girlies...and guy-ies now comes the hardest part of the day...the late afternoon evening.... my total intake so far is breakfast: carrot stick- 21 snack: 2 piece of gum-5 lunch: apple- 40 snack: water- nil point! total: 66 also i found out that chewing gum burns 11 calories an hour! ...SCORE!!!!!!! dinner will be slimasoup chicken and veg :27 so hopefully no binging says total intake is :93 cal stay strong skinnies kay? love ya Current Location: bedroom Current Mood: no binging Current Music: the maccabees- all in your rows
